Exhibition “The Map of Georgian Art” III

May 28 – June 30 , 2026

68 A. Razmadze Street

“Baia Gallery” opens the summer season with the exhibition “The Map of Georgian Art”, which will continue until October. This exhibition is the third edition of the project bearing the same title. The show brings together artists represented by the gallery throughout the years: with new works, familiar objects, and remarkable discoveries. The exhibition will also introduce a new participant — the renowned photographer Natela Grigalashvili.

Participating with one or several works are: Niniko Morbedadze, Maka Batiashvili, Guranda Klibadze, Natela Grigalashvili, Zaza Berdzenishvili, Goga Japaridze, Luka Lazari, Koka Ramishvili, and Kako Topouria.

Featured in an exclusive presentation: Irakli Parjiani, Merab Abramishvili, Levan Chogoshvili, Gogi Chagelishvili, Dato Sulakauri, and Nino Kipshidze.

The artists have been united by several common characteristics — they are the ones who, within contemporary art, created the map of Georgian art; established their own territories; “opened” new visual worlds; “invented” new characters; and introduced new systems, positions, contexts, emotions, and voices.

The works are presented from the artists’, private, and gallery collections.

Part of the exhibition is available for sale.
